Every design approach navigates the complexities of rebuilding in this coastal canyon environment, ensuring the new home is not only safer and more sustainable but also deeply personal. Every design meeting is dedicated to turning a tragic loss into an enduring legacy of renewal.

This residence maximizes its sloping rear yard to deepen the indoor-outdoor connection. By tucking the entry between the ADU and garage, the home creates a dramatic sense of arrival from the first step inside.
